Zaventem, a small commune in the province of Flemish Brabant, lies on the outskirts of Brussels. It may be a modest locality, but certainly one with a lot to offer. Zaventem is located near Brussels, the capital of Belgium and Europe.
It is also situated at one of Europe’s major highway interchanges and hosts the international Brussels Airport.

Brussels Airport provides approximately 250,000 flight movements a year, bringing 24 million passengers to destinations all over the globe. The airport shares its 1245 acres with many related businesses. Zaventem is also renowned for its green surroundings, beautiful landscapes and quiet residential areas such as Steenokkerzeel and Kortenberg.

Zaventem undeniably is the ideal home base for the international business professional. Many important companies are headquartered in and around Brussels. On a military and political level, NATO and most European Institutions are based in the area.

Enclosed parking space with video surveillance can be rented. Please contact us and reserve your space upfront.

Extra cleaning studio

The studios are cleaned once a week. If you want this to happen more frequently, please take into account an extra 25 euros per extra clean-up.

Late check-out 1 pm

Extend your stay and savor the moment a little longer. Enjoy the luxury of extra time, giving you the freedom to relax and make the most of your stay.

Baby bed

Baby beds are available for our youngest guests at a one-time fee of 15 euros.

Frequently asked questions

Where can we park our car?

We always have a number of parking places available for our guests, for a fee of 12,5 euro per night.

What about bed sheets and towels?

These are all present in the room. The beds are made and the sheets for the sofa bed are in the closet.

Every guest receives a big and a small towel.

Which means of payment do you accept?

You can pay with cards such as Bancontact, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard. You can also pay online via the guest portal.

We do not accept cash payments.

I would like to check-out but the reception is closed?

Please check out online before you leave, using the link in your reservation email. If you have a key card, drop it in the check-out box in the lobby. Before leaving, make sure windows are closed and the door is shut behind you.

Can the rooms be viewed in advance?

They can, but only during office hours and by appointment. Please contact us upfront.

Is there wifi available?

Every flat has a free WiFi connection. You will find the code on the key holder.

Is there an elevator?

Yes, Getaway Zaventem is equipped with two elevators.

Four rooms on the third floor are only accessible by lift to the second floor so the last floor needs to be climbed by stairs.

Do I have to clean the flat when I leave?

No, cleaning is included in the price, but we kindly ask you to do the dishes.

Can I bring a pet?

Sorry, pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons.

What is the occupation capacity of your flats?

Deluxe flats can accommodate from 1 to 3 individuals, Superior flats from 1 to 4 individuals.

What is standard included in the flat?

Can I extend my stay?

Of course you can, but only in function of availabilty of the room. If you plan a longer stay, please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you accept group bookings?

Group bookings are possible. From 4 flats on, please contact us upfront.

Is it possible to check-in early?

Yes. As soon as your studio has been cleaned and inspected, you can book early check-in yourself at the kiosk in the lobby for a supplement of €25. Because it depends on when your studio is ready, we can't guarantee an exact time in advance.

Is it possible to check-in late?

Yes, you can arrive whenever suits you. Complete your online check-in and settle your balance before arrival, and you'll have access to the building at any time with your digital key or the access code we send you on your day of arrival. No need to let us know in advance.

Is it possible to check-out late?

Yes, subject to availability. You can book a late check-out until 1 pm for a supplement of €25. Just send us a message before your day of departure and we'll confirm as soon as possible whether it's possible.

What if my bookings gets cancelled?

Is breakfast included?

No, all of the rooms are equipped with their own little kitchen so our guests can prepare themselves breakfast.

What to do with the garbage?

In our parking area there is a big container, here you can dispose all your garbage (no recycling needed)

Is it safe to park my bike?

Yes, the accommodation has a special parking place for bikes with surveillance cameras.

Do the flats have a coffee machine?

There is a kettle and instant coffee present in every flat.

Can I add a crib to my reservation?

We offer cribs for the singular fee of 15 euro.
