Front desk manager – Getaway Ghent

We are looking for a front desk manager who not only wants to join our front desk team, but also take responsibility for the daily operations of our Ghent location.
You will be the main point of contact for guests, ensuring a relaxing stay.
Your goal is to deliver the highest possible level of customer service. You do this by providing the necessary support to your front desk team.
In addition, you act as the right hand of the regional manager, providing weekly reports to management on the day-to-day functioning of your location.
