Regional Manager M/F/X

We are looking for a Regional Manager for our locations in Ghent, Leuven, Zaventem, Liège and Ostend.

As Regional Manager, you are the key point of contact for the daily operations across multiple sites. You ensure smooth and efficient collaboration between the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams. You guarantee consistent and uniform operations everywhere. You are alert to operational issues and actively contribute to solutions. Remote communication (phone, email, reporting) comes naturally to you.

We’re looking for a strong people manager: someone who inspires young teams, communicates clearly in both directions, and takes responsibility. You love monitoring and fine-tuning processes, and you have a hands-on mentality—jumping in at the front desk, being present on the floor and leading by example.

You maintain solid relationships with external partners, closely monitor infrastructure and inventory and always keep the guest experience at the heart of what you do.

We’re looking for someone with strong leadership, communication and organizational skills, at least 5 years of experience in front office management and excellent command of Dutch, French and English.

Flying receptionist M/F/X

We are looking for a flying receptionist for all our locations, with a focus on Ghent and Ostend. In the future, Brussels will also be added as a location.

As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our guests and you contribute to their positive experience from the moment they walk in. You provide a warm welcome and assist with all questions and requests. You carry out administrative tasks such as registering bookings and creating invoices. You are comfortable using operational systems.

As a flying receptionist, you enjoy being on the road. You are flexible and can easily handle changing work schedules. Every day is different, and you love that variety. You feel just as comfortable working in different locations. You work both in a team and independently at the reception. Working autonomously is something that truly motivates you!

We are looking for someone who can take responsibility: working weekends or on a public holiday is a given for you. You see what needs to be done and take initiative. Experience as a receptionist in the hotel sector is a plus! You speak and write fluently in Dutch, French, and English.
