Where can we park our car?

We have limited parking available for our guests for €20 euro per day. Contact us to reserve your parking space.

If the guest has reserved a parking space, he can park with us. The entrance to the parking is to the right of the building. This can only be accessed by scanning the key card at the entrance. The parking space has a maximum entry height of 1m85.

If the guest has not reserved a spot or the parking is already full: There is a Qpark just down the street (€ 22 / 24h) and within a five-minute walk there is the Minckeler Parking in the Minckeler Street (€ 9 / 24h). By clicking this link, you'll find other paid parkings in Leuven.

What about bed sheets and towels?

These are all present in the room. The beds are made and the sheets for the sofa bed are in the closet.

Every guest receives a big and a small towel.

Which means of payment do you accept?

At the reception desk you can always pay with cash (euro) or with cards such as Bancontact, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard. You can also pay online via the guest portal.

I would like to check-out but the reception is closed?

Everything is already taken care of. To check-out, just drop your key in the Getaway mailbox on your way out.

Is there Wifi available?

Every flat offers a free WiFi connection. You will find the code on the key holder.

Can the rooms be viewed in advance?

They can, but only during office hours and by appointment. Please contact us upfront.

Is there an elevator?

Yes, the accommodation is equipped with a lift up to the fifth floor. The 4 studios located on the sixth floor are accessible by stairs.

Do I have to clean the flat when I leave?

No, a weekly cleaning service is included in the standard fee. We only ask you to do the dishes.

Can I bring a pet?

Sorry, pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons.

What’s the occupation capacity of your flats?

Deluxe flats can accommodate from 1 to 3 guests, Superior flats from 1 to 4 guests and Executive flats are fit for parties up to 6 guests.

What is standard included in my flat?

Can I extend my stay?

Of course you can, but only in function of availabilty of the room. If you plan a longer stay, please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you accept group bookings?

Group bookings are possible. From 4 flats on, please contact us upfront.

Is it possible to check-in early?

The reception opens their doors from 3 PM, so it is not possible to check-in early.

Is it possible to check-in late?

The reception closes at 8 PM every day.

A late night check-in is possible if the payment has been done upfront. The guest will receive all the necessary information.

Is it possible to check-out late?

Check-out is normally before 11 AM. If you want a lazy check-out, the check-out will be delayed until 1 PM.

Is breakfast included?

We don't serve breakfast, but all rooms have an equipped kitchen so guests can prepare meals themselves. There are also many spots to have breakfast in the area.

What to do with the trash?

In our parking garage there is a big container. Reception staff will allow you access to the garage.

Where can I shop for groceries?

Within a 2 minute walk to the Bondgenotenlaan you can find the supermarket 'Match'. This store is open until 7.30 PM and closes on Sundays and holidays.

Is there a laundry room?

No, within a 5 minute walk there is a laundry room called 'Wastrommel' (Sint-Maartenstraat 25).

Is it safe to park my bike?

Yes, the accommodation has a special parking place for bikes in a garage with surveillance cameras. The reception staff will allow you access to the garage.

Do the flats have a coffee machine?

There is a kettle and instant coffee present in every flat.

Can I add a crib to my reservation?

We offer cribs for the singular fee of 10 euro.

Can I bring a pet?

Sorry, pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons.

In our parking area there is a big container, here you can dispose all your garbage (no recycling needed)

Across from the hotel is the entrance to Parking Reep, a large public underground parking. You can find more information on parking facilities in Ghent here. A limited amount of private parking spaces can be rented directly trough Getaway. Contact us for availability and pricing.

Is it possible to check-in early?

Check-in is only possible from 3pm.

An early check-in from 1pm can be requested in advance at an extra fee of €20, for arrivals on Monday through Friday, not in the weekend. Do note that this request can be denied according to availability.

Is it possible to check-in late?

The reception closes at 10 PM every day.

A late night check-in is possible if the payment and identification information has been received upfront. The guest will then receive all required information.

Is it possible to check-out late?

Check-out is normally before 11 AM. If you want a lazy check-out, the check-out will be delayed until 1 PM. Please contact us during opening hours on the day before check-out to book this option.

No, all of the studios are equipped with their own little kitchen so our guests can prepare breakfast themselves. Due to our central location, there are also many breakfast options in the near vicinity of the hotel.

We offer cribs for the singular fee of 15 euro.
